Here at the Long/Gonzales House, we're gearing up for Marcos' 30th Birthday Halloween Bash!! A lot has been going on today as we prepare the dessert station and the Halloween Town sign. Here are a few pictures of the progress thus far. Enjoy the boo-tiful treats!

for naptime... will be easy once I win this great shade from the giveaway over at Crazy Domestic. We've been shopping around for a great priced window shade for the nursery and the kiddies rooms. We've already lost one we bought from home depot, the kids just can't resist pulling the thing up and down, up and down. RIP home depot window shade. You lasted 3 weeks and will be missed.

The Cheerleader and The Golfer

As Knott's Berry Farm annual pass holders, we get the pleasure of walking in 1 hour before closing and taking advantage of their seasonal promotions! The kids got all dressed up in their Halloween costumes and we headed to "Camp Spooky" for some early holiday trick or treating.(We try to get the most out of their costumes and hit up EVERY Halloween related event that takes place within a 10 mile radius!!) They gave us a map of the trick or treat area and we made our way along the candy path!! They had a corn field maze and even a "haunted" house!! After we made ghosts at the craft center... the kids rode one of their favorite rides, the Log Peeler, and then we were on our way outta there!! We had dinner at the TGIFridays in the Knott's lot and then had dessert at the KBF Bakery. I think we'll do it all over again next weekend too!!
